We require an outstanding Science Technician to provide first class technical support within our Science departments (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
Your main responsibilities will include preparing equipment and chemicals for lessons as well as maintaining and servicing equipment and ensuring it is properly stored and prepared whilst adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a technician within an education environment with expertise in at least one of the three sciences. Excellent organisation skills are key as is a good level of manual dexterity.
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our team of staff and volunteers within our refugee support service.
As an administrator you will provide efficient and reliable administrative support, ensuring high quality service delivery. You will work closely with the refugee support team to assist with the maintenance of electronic records, the co-ordination of meetings and training and by overseeing quarterly statistical reporting. You will also take a lead on service user and volunteer engagement and be responsible for the direct line management of a team of volunteers.
